In the Summer of '09, the Restless Minds were formed as solo project for songwriter/vocalist Jaime Flor. Original members were Jaime (vox/guitar), Chris Hutton on bass & drummer Kevin Meyers. In Sept., the band hired Matt Fowler, to record them in his small studio in Pacific Beach. During the recording process, there were some setbacks, which delayed things, but in the end 10 songs were recorded.
